Matt Bolt | Showroom Manager
Matt has been with us since 2008. With over 10 years of experience at Floor Factors, he knows the world of Floor Covering inside and out and curates a showroom full of quality products in a variety of price ranges. He has an extensive background in commercial and industrial sales in painting, as well as a broad education in fine art and design. Matt is detail-oriented and highly trained with knowledge of current trends and new products.
Lisa Webb | Showroom Sales & Interior Design
Lisa has been with Floor Factors since 2017. With over 5 years of experience in Floor Covering and an extensive background in interior design & photography, she adds a creative approach to our showroom sales staff.
Alex comes to us from a background in the Trades. Most recently he has worked with exteriors in project management. Alex has been with Floor Factors since 2019.
Lara Hasuike | Pre-Construction Estimator
Lara has been with Floor Factors since 2003. With a degree in interior design and extensive experience with architectural programs, Lara helps create a pragmatic approach to our estimating protocol.

Chuck Gilsoul | Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Chuck started at Floor Factors in 1980. Some of his projects include Providence, St. Vincent and Tuality hospitals. His clients include Turner Construction, Andersen Construction
Clark Knori | Residential & Commercial Estimator/Project
Clark has been with Floor Factors since 1996. He has 18 years of expert installation experience.
Dave Brandolf | Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Dave has been with Floor Factors since 1984. He has 17 years of experience as an expert installer. Some of Dave’s clients include Hoffman Construction, Andersen Construction, Nike and Nordstrom.
Dylan Stauss | Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Dylan has been with Floor Factors since 1999 and specializes in commercial estimates and project management.
Frank Curran | Residential & Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Frank has been with Floor Factors since 1990. With over 40 years of experience in Trades and nearly 30 years specifically at Floor Factors Franks knowledge and expertise in Flooring has become something our customers rely on.
Geoff Rosebrook | Residential & Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Geoff started at Floor Factors in 1980 in the warehouse and later worked for four years as an installer. His clients include Hammer and Hand, Kaiser Permanente and The Grant Company.
Jeff Hamilton | Commercial Estimator
Jeff has been with Floor Factors since March of 2012. He has an extensive background consisting of 17
Mike Crenshaw | Commercial Estimator/Project Manager
Mike has been a commercial estimator and project manager with Floor Factors for almost 20 years. His expert knowledge of floor covering, along with his outgoing personality are a perfect combination to meet the project demands and communication needs of our customers.
Oscar Segura | Residential Estimator
Oscar has been with Floor Factors since 2017. Beginning in the showroom, Oscar has recently transitioned to working as an estimator. He adds to our knowledge base with a vast background in general construction, which encompasses all facets of the flooring industry.
Rick Morehouse | Residential Sales
Rick has been with Floor Factors since 2006. His experience as an inside salesman and sterling customer satisfaction record have garnered him a loyal client base. He has first-rate product knowledge in both commercial and residential applications. The testimonials regarding Rick’s quality of service, speak volumes.
Ray Nastasia | Commercial & Residential Estimator/Project Manager
Ray started at Floor Factors in 1997 in the warehouse. He later transitioned into Showroom Sales for 3 years and eventually became an Estimator and Project Manager. His clients include Legacy Good Samaritan, Reed College, and R&J.
Katie Otnes | Project Manager Assistant
Katie transitioned to Floor Factors this past year. She has been a project manager/assistant for most of her career. With her expertise, she will make our sales team more efficient and effective at their jobs.
Scheduling / Installation Support:
Eric Dubach | Field Superintendent & Safety Manager
Eric began working at Floor Factors in 2002 as an apprentice floor covering installer. Eric now schedules and coordinates the installation of our commercial and residential projects. Eric also manages the safety and health programs, including OSHA and training compliance.
Steve Luttrell | Installation Supervisor Scheduler & Safety Assistant
Steve began his career in Floor Covering in 1984. He has been with Floor Factors since 1992. He was one of the Pioneering members of the Floors Factors first “Safety Team” over 20 years ago. Steve has also served as the President of the Floor Coverers Local 1236 Union. He now works in our Scheduling Department assuring effortless communication between installers and customers.
Cam Crenshaw | President
Cam began working at Floor Factors in 1989. After serving his country, he returned home to the Portland area where he began his career in high-end residential and commercial estimating. Cam has brought Floor Factors into the 21st
Gena Turnberg | Corporate Accounts Payable
Gena has been with Floor Factors since 2000. She is an integral part of our accounting department. Her friendly demeanor and calming personality
Shelley Stoltz | Corporate Controller
Shelley is a Controller extraordinaire! Her meticulous attention to detail rivals the best of the best in her field. She joined the Floor Factors family in 2012 and brought with her decades of experience and superb accounting skills, not to mention the numerous degrees she has earned. As an integral part of our office staff, her adaptive nature has her taking on multiple roles.
Theresa Qualheim | Corporate Secretary and Accounts Receivable
The “Mama Bear” of the Floor Factors family, has been with us since 1986. She really is the glue that keeps us together. She has become a chameleon in her department, taking on many roles, coordinating the accounting department, managing day-to-day office operations and creating a positive atmosphere which has been proven to increase morale and productivity among our entire sales/installation staff. If you have a question for her and she doesn’t know the answer off-hand, she’s the type that will have an answer for you, regardless, within minutes.
Mike Conrad | Warehouse Manager
Mike has been with Floor Factors since 2006. He coordinates pick-ups, deliveries and manages all material both coming in and out of our doors. He possesses a skill not common these days, he can fix just about anything. Truly a man of many talents, Mike must have the mind of a genius beneath his rugged exterior to be capable of doing half of what he does on a daily basis. He ceases to amaze all of us with his ever-growing skills.
